Personal Data Protection Policy of Oktal Pharma Group.

Based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, 4 May 2016, p. 1; hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation), and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette No. 42/18; hereinafter: Implementation Act), the Management Board of Oktal Pharma d.o.o., Zagreb, Utinjska 40, at its session held on 15 July 2024, adopted the Personal Data Protection Policy of the Oktal Pharma Group.
